Due to unplanned and unfortunate circumstances the police would not let Bella into Her shop for two hours. She was not aware of the cause and was apologetic that the flowers I ordered were not going to be delivered to my 90 year old friend who was celebrating her birthday. I understood this was something out of her control. I had left her a voicemail but her phone was locked up on her shop. I then decided to email her. She contacted me because she received the email and worked hard to satisfy my order once she was allowed back in. My flowers did get delivered and she added more to the bouquet due to the inconvenience. Great customer service and went over and beyond to keep me and my friend grateful and blessed. Thank you so much!
