Special and Custom Orders In store or on the phone Policy: If you request a special order or custom design at the store we require a 50% deposit and you will sign a contract. Once the design is made and ready for pick up you will pay the rest of the balance. Due to the time spent on designing your custom design the deposit amount is non refundable for any reason you decide to change your mind.
